Sanath Gunatilake - Ekamath Eka Rateka

Veteran Actor Sanath Gunatilake's maiden direction Ekamath Eka Rateka (Once Upon a Time) is screening these days.



The movie is based upon Emile Zola’s short story Pour Une Nuit d’Amour (For a Night of Love). Sanath who had named the lead characters as ’unknown man’, ’unknown girl’ and ’unknown boy’ said that the story is universal.

The movie, starring Nirosha Perera, Sanath Gunatileke, Roshan Ravindra, Chandani Seneviratne, Semini Iddamalgoda, Nilmini Buwenaka, Himali Saurangi, Kumara Thirimaruda,Lioni Kothalawala,Thanuja Dilhani, Damitha Abyerathne, Kanchana Kodithuwakku and many others, is based on French writer Emile Zola’s short story Pour une nuit d’amour. French Ambassador, Michel Lummaux will be the chief guest.

Interestingly the movie is also Maestro Premasiri Khemadasa’s last music direction.
